Biography

Victoria Jakes is a writer, editor, artist, and all around nice person.

Victoria writes fiction, primarily of a speculative/horror nature and non-fiction, primarily of a feminist/creative nature. She is an assistant editor and writer at the Massachusetts Daily Collegian, where she is published by her true, difficult to spell name, Victoria Knobloch. There, she writes Op/Ed and movie and television reviews. You can read everything she has ever written for the Collegian here. Victoria is also a burgeoning fiction writer. You can view her published fiction works here. She particularly loves to write horror, but also dabbles in science fiction and humor.

Victoria lives in Amherst, Massachusetts with her man and a lot of dirty laundry. She hopes to move very soon to New Orleans, where they will expand their family by adopting a puppy.
